“This supportive community motivates me to give my best."

I was looking for a job during spring 2021. I searched on google companies that use almost the same tech stack as I had. I did some minor research and learned about each company before I decided to apply. I was lucky to get in touch with Trineria and to be honest, joining the company in April 2021 was one of the wisest choices I’ve made.

Before joining Trineria I worked in Business Administration and Marketing after my graduation in 2018. During that time, I self-studied some front-end courses online simply to expand my skill set. However, the interest grew stronger, and I had the desire to know more about what happens behind the user interface and how certain system works. That was when I decided to switch my career.

My job currently includes developing customer’s projects, participating in team meetings and most importantly, learning!

My days definitely start with coffee :D. I work on tasks that I have taken, checking and learning from team members’ work, attend in daily team meeting, and other meetings such as mob-programming, pair-programming if there’s any.

The best thing about my job are people - supportive colleagues and encouragement to learn. I am thankful for all my colleagues who always help me when I encounter some problems. I am still new to the field, but I am able to take on new challenge and not giving up in spite of the level of difficulty. Trineria focuses on the human element, encourages to learn, and improve. It is this supportive community that motivates me to give my best.

My hobbies are mostly indoor activities. In my free time I like reading and baking. I also play video games. Recently I’m also into crocheting.
